Billy Green has dedicated his professional career to showcasing 20+ years of achievements in the healthcare field, including providing decisive leadership for all aspects of various healthcare settings. Mr. Ramjohn incorporates data-driven strategies and practices to elevate patient and client satisfaction, realize new business development, and eliminate performance gaps. He forges lasting stakeholder relationships and maintains clear, consistent communication among multiple teams with all levels of disciplines while leveraging creative problem-solving and exceptional healthcare experience and skills to ensure patient and client service exceeds all expectations. 


Billy Green, a Washington, DC native, has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and held numerous positions in which speaks to why he identifies himself as a versatile healthcare operations leader. Billy upholds a BS in healthcare administration and an MPA from Bowie State University.  Billy's last position was in NYC as the senior director of clinic programs, where he served on the senior leadership team overseeing all clinic programs and operations with CASES (Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services).  In that role, Billy relocated to NYC, where he worked with various stakeholders such as NYC jails, probation, parole, social service agencies, etc., by driving the agency's mission to ensure those individuals involved in the legal system need to access mental health treatment including those that suffer from co-occurring disorders by expanding the service line to satellite clinics, the transformation of the certified community behavioral clinic developed Mobile Outreach Crisis Program, and established integrated primary care with behavioral health integration at clinic sites,  As it relates more to the work that Billy has done with medical practices, Billy recent experience includes working with FQHCs, medical group practices, long term care, as well as hospital-based clinics and departments including serving as the director of operations for a major health system as well as the director of ambulatory and health services for a community-based hospital in the DC metropolitan area.  


Over the years, Billy has been engaged in various associations as he was recently served on advisory boards.  Billy is a multi-dimensional healthcare operations leader, ensuring patient care is delivered optimally with a high degree of quality, applying across the spectrum of medical practices, hospitals, non-profits, and start-up organizations. Billy connects strategic insights with negotiation, analytical, and operations strengths to “get it done.” He has led and supervised staff to achieve organizational goals in various facets and levels.  Ultimately, Billy loves to work with clinical leaders to monitor and manage clinical processes and maintains an exceptional level of customer service to internal stakeholders, external customers, and relationship partners. Billy also has a passion for identifying strategies for growth and executing plans to achieve growth goals. Billy also has experience in managing workflows to ensure compliance, efficiency, satisfaction, and regulatory matters are met. Billy also loves leading with data management and using data-driven decision-making. Billy also has a passion for quality initiatives and workflow redesign.
