Prerequisites
Candidates for CMOM-HEM/ONC must successfully complete the CMOM certification course to proceed to the Hematology & Oncology portion of the program. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience working in an oncology medical practice. CMOM certification course registration includes a physical course manual, workbook exercises, exam review, and a four-hour proctored exam. A passing score of 70 percent or better is required to earn the CMOM certification.
